Return Period: You have 7 days from the date you receive the product to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Product Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with intact packaging. If the product has been opened or used, we reserve the right to reject the return unless there is a defect in the product itself.

Return Procedure:

1. Please contact our customer service to request a return and provide the order number and relevant details.

2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect item being shipped.

4. Please use a trackable shipping method to return the product to ensure its safe delivery.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged products during the return shipment, and no refund will be provided in such cases.


2. Invoice and Credit Note Handling


Invoice Request: All orders include an electronic invoice, which will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

If you need a paper invoice, please indicate this in the order notes or contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods,

providing your order number and specific request.

-Credit Note: If a credit note is required due to a return or other reasons, please contact us after your return request has been approved.

We will issue the credit note within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.


3. Refund Policy


Refund Processing Time: Once we have received and confirmed that the returned product meets the return conditions,

we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. The exact refund time may vary depending on your payment method.


Credit/Debit Card Refunds: The refund will be credited back to the card used for the original payment.

The processing time depends on the issuing bank's policy, usually taking 5 to 7 business days.


Electronic Payment Refunds: If you used a third-party payment platform (e.g., PayPal) to make your purchase,

the refund will be processed back to your account with the payment provider, and the time to receive the refund will depend on the platform's processing time.


Refund Amount: The refund amount will exclude the original shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

In such cases, you will receive a full refund, including the shipping costs you paid.


Non-Returnable Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for a refund.
