You can insert [email protected] to the “Optional Field Email Section” so we could confirm your payment immediately.

Once we confirmed your payment, we’ll change your order status from “HOLD” to “PROCESS” and

mark as “COMPLETED” once we proceed your order to ship out!.


Payment Requirements for Distributors

For authorized distributors purchasing from 9527color, all payments must be made in advance using either credit card or bank transfer. We do not offer post-payment terms, and orders will be processed and shipped only after full payment confirmation.

  • Deposit Requirement:
  • When placing an order, distributors are required to prepay 30% of the total order amount via credit card as a deposit. This ensures the reservation of products. Once the goods are shipped from our Taiwan warehouse, distributors can settle the remaining balance (70%) through either credit card or bank transfer.
  • Important Notice:
  • Ensure that your deposit payment is completed promptly to secure your order. The balance payment should be made immediately upon shipment notification. If the deposit or final payment is not received within the specified timeframes, the order may be delayed or canceled.
