We currently offer worldwide shipping. No matter where you are located, you can purchase our premium water-based model paints from 9527color.

2. Shipping Time

  • Taiwan Domestic Shipping: After order confirmation, it typically takes 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. Delivery to Taiwan’s main island usually takes 1-2 business days, while delivery to outlying islands may vary based on shipping conditions.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, processing time is 3-5 business days after order confirmation. Shipping time varies depending on the destination, typically taking 7-16 business days. The exact time frame depends on the local logistics and customs clearance process.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Taiwan Domestic: Free shipping is available for single orders over NT$5,000. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of NT$100 will be charged.
  • International: International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and package weight. Please contact customer service during checkout for a precise calculation. Currently, we offer only air freight services (Taiwan Chunghwa Post EMS and SF Express).

4. Taxes and Customs

  • Taiwan Domestic: No additional customs duties or import taxes are applicable.
  • International Orders: International shipping may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or other additional fees. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. 9527color has no control over or ability to predict these fees. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s status at any time. We will keep you informed to ensure your order is delivered smoothly.
